Firewalk have worked on a variety of 'change' projects, including management reorganisation, business process re-engineering, the introduction of new technology, relocation, the integration of acquisitions and business restructuring.

Turnaround 
Jon Gregory joined a small turnaround team as an operations specialist to restructure the £80m subsidiary of a major UK Plc. His work enabled the sale of the company following the restoration of profitability.

Management restructuring
Joining initially as interim operations director for a leading UK security printing operation, Jon moved on to replace several managers, covering roles one by one in manufacturing, bureau processing, quality and security. Each role was back-filled through external recruitment.
 
Project management
A client had a requirement to become security approved for manufacturing to VISA standards. This interim role required the project planning of a complete reorganisation of operations.

Relocation
In the role of general manager, Jon planned and executed the relocation of the key subsidiary of a leading privately owned electrical accessories manufacturer.
 
Turnaround
Reporting to the CEO of a $80m Plc. as interim VP and director of EMEA sales, Jon's objectives were to: integrate sales from 4 business units (incl. 2 new acquisitions); stem the flow of losses; and return the organisation to profitability. He re-structured the sales organisation, the large network of channel partners and the service and support departments, subsequently achieving all of the objectives.
