A personal message ...
Since1993, as an interim manager, I've provided experienced hands-on expertise to organisations needing help fast. As you might imagine from more than 50 assignments, I've seen a lot, but the reason I've always got the job done is because of my ability to relate to, and work with, people at all levels. 
 
If you can't put something into words everyone can understand and buy in to, then you have no hope of implementing it successfully. That challenge is why I love doing this work.
