Capital investment

An industry-leading organisation was faced with over 160 major production lines being declared end of life by the supplier. Our analysis and design of a legacy hardware management program saved our client over 30m euros of unnecessary expenditure.

Ramp-up

A leading UK producer needed to double factory output to 50 m units p.a. and had 3 months in which to achieve it. Jon Gregory stepped in and managed the expansion on time and to budget.
